Super Gooper

Super Gooper is a submission for the GMTK Game Jam 2024 

Protect the flower! Use your bullet-blocking abilities to intercept bullets from all directions. You can stretch yourself horizontally using Z or vertically using X to suspend your movement and cover more area! Will your flower survive all four stages?

CONTROLS

Move with arrow keys

Space - Jump

Z - Stretch horizontally (held)

X - Stretch vertically (held)

Space + Changing direction - Backflip

TIPS

-The backflip sends you higher than a regular jump! Use this to quickly  dispatch bullets coming from above.

-Passing through the edge of the screen will take you back to the other side. Use this to get around quickly.

-Avoid the icy bullets! They don't hurt the flower, but they will stun you temporarily.
